Day-​to-​day oper­a­tion of Play­Date and devel­op­ment of instruc­tional plans are the respon­si­bil­ity of our Exec­u­tive Direc­tor, Christina Nulk. She is a cer­ti­fied spe­cial edu­ca­tion and early child­hood spe­cial edu­ca­tion teacher and a Board Cer­ti­fied Behav­ior Ana­lyst (BCBA).

Mrs. Nulk over­sees train­ing of the imple­menters who pro­vide direct instruc­tion. Every mem­ber of our staff is care­fully trained in Applied Behav­ior Analysis/​Verbal Behav­ior (ABA/​VB) tech­niques. Staff train­ing is an ongo­ing process, respond­ing to the needs of each child, as well as every group.
